I for one am quick enough to highlight poor service, so I though I would say a big for CMS.
Called in there yesterday morning, after a rear light loom, Andy found the bit I needed.
They rang me today, item had arrived, had been fitted with a LED rear bulb, sealed with heatshrink to stop moisture ingress, and just wanted to confirm my address.
Posting 1st class today, for a cost of £1.97, well done CMS 2nd visit ever for me, there will be plenty more.......
1st class service, and no, I didn't ask for TRF discount.
