metal detector borrow for a few hours

I've had two punctures on my road bike in the last month by the same type of little tack. I live at the end of an unkept gravel track which I want to check for more potential punctures. Anyone out there with a metal detector to borrow for a few hours, I will share any Roman coins I happen to find. I'm in Paignton so anyone around the newton totnes torquey area.

I can check tomorrow, I was given one a few years ago and resides at the back of the mancave somewhere, your welcome to give it a go (just hope I didn't leave the batteries in the last time I used it- about 5 years ago)
Sunny Cullompton or Wonford dep when you want to pick up.

Alternatively have you tried swinging a magnet on a piece of string (depends on how much time you have spare)
