Box section steel for trials bike rack? Now sorted!

Hi Ive lost the center part of my bike rackno so need to get something made up as I dont know who made it, and the parts slot in downwards at 45 degges aprox so I don't think its a dave cooper!

I'm look for some box section steel with internal dimention of 42mm+ needs to be a good 4mm thick and 2 bits at 150 to 200mm in length?

Also if anyone could tell me how thick the plate that bolts up to the towbar should be?

Thanks nige

Looks like a mirror image of my Dave Cooper rack.
See what you mean about the 45 degree angle now, sideways and not towards the rear like DC.

Dave cooper rack for bikes weighing less than 130kg.JPG

If you zoom in it is possible to see that Dave Cooper racks mean approaching from the rear of the car to insert the frames, whereas your frames are designed to be inserted from the side of the car at a 90 degree angle to the Dace Cooper design so not remotely compatible..
