Just got back from the physio and I've just heard the most sense talked about my knee in 25 years.  I have a Baker' cyst, ligament damage and arthritis.  I knew about the last two. So I am off to Taunton to have an MRI scan and maybe steroid injections soon.  Did you know that one of the physios for the Wales International Football team lives in Ottery St. Mary?  He has also worked with England U17s, Ipswich and Birmingham City.  If you need physio I recommend Peak Physio, Jane Newman, Clinical Director of Peak Physio, was selected as a Physiotherapist for the London 2012 Olympic Games and worked in the Main Olympic Stadium.

This is why I wear knee braces.  Not required for novices but give it a while...
