Hi,

I'm a newbie to the site and to riding, i'm on the look out for a Yamaha TT250R. Would be grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction.

Many thanks

Hi Sheps and welcome to the forum!

Good choice of first trail bike with the TTR250 wink

Lots of information about the various TTR models on www.ttr250.com

What are you setting your sights on - an older one that you won't worry about dropping/scratching/etc or something a bit newer and smarter?

There seems to be quite a bit of choice around at the moment.

Brian

thanks for the help so far, i've had a look on totallyttrs.com but not found any yet. I was originally looking for an older one that didnt matter if i knocked it about a bit, there is one in Bodmin on Ebay that i'm hoping to take a look at, an old K reg. but then i saw the one advertised in the link above for £1,700 for a much newer one and am very tempted. pretty sure that one is sold though no.

i just want one that works well mechanically as i'm not very engineering minded so needs to be a good runner.
