Just to let everyone know that this weekend 9th & 10th March is the annual running of the Grizzly, one of the toughest multi terrain races in Europe
It Starts in Seaton then to Beer and on to Branscombe before returning to Seaton via Beer, as a result many roads in these areas will be closed for short periods of time to allow the bulk of the 3000 plus runners through
If you are planning a ride this weekend it will be best to avoid these areas if at all possible, if you are in the area best take special care as there are normally spectators and officials everywhere
Normally they start marking the course on the friday, there will be competitors walking the course on saturday and the run on sunday
