Employ a safe breaker but that depends on how curious you are and whether you have any documentation of ownership or a court order to open it. Costs from £200
Can you post or pm me a pic.

Nice shaped charge of PE4 or SBG should do it.  Beware about going at the door with a hammer etc, a lot of them have a glass antitamper mechanism couple of heavy bangs and the glass breaks and the door is locked forever

Pick it up and shake it - if it doesn't rattle, there's probably nothing in it biggrin

THere was a good Mythbusters safe opening a while ago,  Drill hole in the top and fill safe with water, then apply shock load to water, this force according to Grahams law then applies force to all internal areas and pops the door open. If however you are standing in front you will get Wet

A reputable scrap merchant won't take it without associated paperwork and it being opened.
Looks like an MOT safe.
Is it actually locked? The hole in the centre is for a turn knob the key locks that, you may be able to use a screw driver to turn what's in side.

I know a man that can, but there may not be a lot left of it afterwards !
Maybe a couple of turns of cordite around the hinges.

Is the back made of a thinner grade of metal? Might be able to cold chisel the weld. That's what Frankie Frazer told me how he dun (sic) it
