Duckies Cafe Beer

Is Duckies Cafe on the beach at Beer open for the 2013 season and what time do they open on a Sunday?

Thank you

someone finished off the pasties before you got there, words will have to be had!

Good weather and a top spot even if lacking in pasty goodness.

Thanks for all this advice. Breakfast was duly taken this morning at Duckies. We were on road bikes today as familly duties only allowed a few hours out.

Nice one Matt!

I have to say that the ambience and service at the Sea Shanty Cafe at Branscombe wasn't  a patch on Duckies no

Having guessed that my group may have stopped for lunch at Beer on Saturday, I planned for lunch at Branscombe today. It was OK but very touristy and I was a bit disappointed - also no pasties on offer confuse

You should have asked Bri,  Whereas Duckies gets a lot of local custom no locals go to the Sea Shanty only Grockles.  The Old Bakery opposite the forge is a lot better  Guy the chap that runs it does some superb cakes

 Told you biggrin

We stop there when walking the woofers from Weston Mouth to Branscome & back.

An excellent walk along the coast path with great Soup & cakes half way wink
