I got a velcro version (looks a bit like a wetsuit and 5" wide from memory) I can check out the man cave if you like (not seen it for about three years) if I find it I can post a piccie to help explain.

er tis, velcro will fit to any size then he can just chop off the excess

Thanks for digging it out and posting picture, but I don't think its going to be man enough - he's doing BIG jumps, so we need one with some hard protection on his back, like the motocross ones, but many thanks for your efforts. smile

no worries at all, I don't think they had jumps in mind when they designed it, no point skimping.

Yeah he also ingors landing ramps. Pretty sure his throttle keeps gettin stuck when its wide open. Either way his insides need all the help they can get!
