Changing a frame colour

Hi all,

im building myself a custom 24" trials bike (bicycle)

Got a frame but i want it a different color. What is the best process to change the color???? powder coated, shot blast and sprayed etc

Also anyone know where does this and a rough price?

Speak to Brian aka TTR, that's what he does with all his bikes

From what I understood powder coating if done correctly should not chip easy

Its is electrically charged and baked.

I can recommend this company

www.wingspowdercoating.co.uk/

I,d guess a motorbike frame should be around the £70 mark

For £55 they dipped my mountain bike frame which removes everything, shot blasted it and smoothed out any discrepancies, powdercoated it then lacquered it.

I use Revill Industrial Finishers on Exeter Airport for all my powder coating, shotblasting etc.  Excellent service and if you have a specific requirement than can sort it out for you.  Have tried most of the others round here and they are the best by far
