Anybody got a set of easy outs i could borrow for a quick job, damn airbox box cover screw on the small xr very tight probably never been removed since new. furiousfurious

can collect near to honiton otherwise eblag again a wait for days.

Hate easyouts!

Is the screw broken off in plastic case or is it in steel?

If steel, mig weld washer to broken bit, down the hole if need be.

The heat etc with good vice grips will remove nicely.

Might need doing a couple of times, high success rate, clean threads after etc

From my experience easy out process generally spoils or destroys main bit

Drill it out with a left handed drill bit.

 The screw is in the plastic air box cover so cannot apply any heat whatsoever, the other 3 undid no problem !!

Cannot get near it with any type of grip either as top of air box tight to the frame.
