Who came to C.O.R.E today then? Had x2 trail riders arrive later on in the day but didn't see them ride.

How did it go? - you had some great weather for it!

Did mud sweat + tears manage to have a trial go on your machine to see how things went? i guess he rode around with 2 fingers bandaged and sticking out wink

Yeah I came, good and hard, just how we like it. Shame u had to cut so much out, at least the hill climb stayed in.
Even had a go over the big tree out the far end. Bike was so heavy with mud come the end, struggled to get it into the van at the end.
Great day, thankyou.

It was a great day all round, we only actually blocked of two sections that were unridable as the ruts were so deep you just stopped dead. A lot of riders were missing sections to find an easier line which was fine if thats what the preferred.
Fair play for trying the big log hop it was a bit tricky.

Thanks to all who came and to the landowner who came for a look round and a chat at the end of the day and went home very happy as always.

I was very tempted but I decided it was not worth the risk as its clearly not ready yet so I have saved it for another day.

Charlie and I had a great day though helping people in and out of the car park and spectating.

Everyone who I spoke to said they had a great day so I think it was a success.

If there's smiles on faces + brown bikes whilst leaving the site, you can't ask for more than that - cool smile

i can seriously understand why you didn't want to risk it especially after seeing the photo the other day no

There's plenty of time especially since your young like me for things to heal and ample to time to play on bikes in the future

Be well my friend and avoid leccy saws

Had a great day? What riding around in your orange jacket, with you two extra wheels, waving your injured hand around, telling people off?

"you can't ride here"  "you have to walk there"  "get out of the bloody river!" It was like riding in Nazi Germany!

Seemed to relish your new role as the chief of the fun police. Think you have found your vocation in life now Lee.
