If anyone here is insured with those idiots, start a theft claim now..even if your bike hasn't been nicked yet.
Had my business insurance with swintons never again complete load of toss pots, not as bad as ebike insurance but only just. Just goes to prove the old point you get what you pay for. Its cheap for a reason!!!!!!

Absolutely shocking service so far Tim. Since last thursday morning when i phoned them to claim, i havent had any contact in any way, shape or form.

So almost two weeks since i contacted Swintons / Axa, still not had a single call, letter or email from them. Got hold of Axa today and the reason they gave me was.. ' We're a bit busy at the moment..' , i'm so much happier after hearing that. I was worried for a minute or two that it was just s h i t service.
