I used them 1st about a year ago on some RFX pattern levers for Troy's KTM85. Next day the parts arrived, but issues trying to get them set up correctly. Once contacted they were helpful, they spoke to their RFX rep and got back to me - sending me out a modification. I still wasnt happy with how they were - and they took them back (opened and tested several times), including refunding my return postage fee.
Over the last 12 months I've used them a lot - and not only are their prices really good, but they appear to keep a massive stock holding and as such every order I've placed has arrived the next day (I used to rate Dirtbikeexpress highly - and still think they're a pretty good outfit - but their delivery times have started to become around 3 to 4 day).
Most recently (last week) they had heavily discounted A-Star boots for sale - and as its my birthday (tomorrow) I sent the link to my girlfriend (just in case she was short of ideas ). She purchased them, but didnt realise they were no longer at the discount price. She paid a lot more than I would have liked so after making an enquiry to 1st MX, although they had a legitimate reason for returning price back to RRP, they honoured the discounted price for me.
So there ya have it -- I have no shares nor connections with this people, but they look after you - even helpful on the phone.
At the other end of the scale, i ordered a carb jet from ABVracing recently, took them over two weeks to get it to me, and when it arrived it was bent :/ Not impressed
i second this; i ordered some clothing off them recently (amongst other things) and got the sizing wrong on a couple of items. Changing the stuff for the correct size was completely painless with very prompt phone and email communications.
