Help/Advice on moorland areas

I'd like to get back on the saddle again, but before I do I am after a bit of advice.

Not being a fan of technical sections I was really pleased when attending a moorland trail a few years back.

It's nice to plod along the moors, taking in the views on open space. It's more enjoyable to me

I'd like to get my wife a 125. I think she would enjoy it 2, so is there any long routes that's 80ish miles + and mainly moorland with a few woods ect. .. that's not to challenging for a beginner?

I around the Ivybridge area
