Repairing cracked plastic(s)

Santa brought Troy some spanky new graphics & plastics for Christmas, but typically on his first ride, he hit someone from behind and cracked his frond fender (mudguard confuse). The crack is across 1 third just where it goes rigid just before its mounting point.

Dont want to simply buy a new (as wont have decals to match) - so whats best way of making a good repair (obviously these mudguards go through a lot of flex - right where the crack is).

Dont mind if there's small signs of repair expoxy (considered using liquid metal repair as have had good success with this and cures very tough).

Thoughts please.............
