Devon Classic Scramble club - first meeting 5th April - Easter Sunday.

Hot off the press ..... the first meeting is confirmed, it will be on April 5th, Easter Sunday, at Windwhistle, Chard. This is a new track for the club and full of history, it's also right next to a pub for those camping over!

Regs will be available shortly, and we'll be running an evo class

This programme might be for the track across the road, the Chard Club ran two tracks, but it should get you in the mood! Look at the line up! A few familiar names there!

Come and watch or race!

Thanks to Bill Riley for the programme.

What an amazing entry list. Can you imagine the draw of the top Americans coming to the Westo tracks which I guess is the equivalent to today's yoof.

It was in the days when scrambles drew big crowds. I remember watching it on Grandstand and World of sport! m.youtube.com/watch

It's worth watching for the finish!

Breaking news from Devon Classic Scramble Club: We now have a name for our first meeting on Easter Sunday at Windwhistle near Chard. .........

It's "The Badger Goss Trophy Meeting" and it will be an annual event from now on.

The best bit is that Badger has given us two of his own personal trophies, and he will be personally awarding them to the overall winner of the pre 74 class and the overall winner of the Twinshocks.

I can't help admitting that I'm just a little bit excited!

The regs will be available on DCSC Facebook page and on the Devon Classic Scramble Club website as soon as possible.
