Road biker friendly B and B in Devon

A friend of mine has a bunch of biker mates coming down from Essex and is looking for a Devon B and B that is biker friendly and could either guide some riding or provide some routes to follow on the black stuff, any ideas? Does Jim do road runs?!

Thats a nice place and the people that run it are friendly as well. Great trials riding if you can loan a bike on site.
