Last weekend I had planned two days of local riding from Shaldon with four friends. On the Saturday only 10 miles into the ride near Windmill Hill, I dropped my bike and ended up breaking the clutch master cylinder. Attempts to cable tie it on were futile as it turned out that it was leaking fluid the result being no clutch.
I went to the KTM shop in Torquay knowing they did not do off road stuff but even so the chap in parts was very helpful and gave me the correct replacement part number and number for JD Racing.
On calling Tracey at JD I knew it very unlikely that they would stock the part however she offered to take one off a bike that they had up for sale in the showroom. On arriving at JD a couple of hours later the replacement part was off the bike, neatly bagged up, invoice printed and ready for me. We were given coffees, brochures and made to feel very welcome.
In summary what great service! They saved my weekend and I could ride on Sunday.
I will second that.. Needed some help a few weeks ago and they couldn't do enough for me.. They even closed late on a Saturday so could ride on the Sunday

Always very helpful and friendly - have ordered parts before & next day delivery no problem.
I'd say they are about the best bike dealers I've ever come across for customer service, if I ever buy a brand new KTM I'll buy from them no question !
