Towbar mounted motorcycle carrier or trailer!? Please help.

Looking and finding a solution to transporting my WR450 around to events/rides using my vectra estate.

 

Can anyone offer advice on the towbar mounted carriers or are am I better off buying a trailer??

trailer everytime

the nose weight of a towbar on the back of an estate car will not take a 450 and it would make the car undrivable as well

Not an expert,but i would probably think your towball nose weight would be exceded
i have Ktm 250 on a Swb Primastar van so am ok on weights,but the weight is noticable...

The carrier's are great if you have the right car or a really light bike, but yeah, as above, a 450 is likley too heavy for anything not made by landrover

Yeh figured as much. The load of the dave cooper tow bar racks is only 120kg and I think wet my WR is 120? Lol

Yeh trailer it is I guess, just need somewhere to stash it when I don't use it

Dave cooper do a collapsible single bike trailer, packs up pretty small
