Ive bought loads off ebay, just pop in stainless hex bolts and go for what you want.
Im not certain about what you mean by "best quality", personally Ive never had a problem with the ebay stainless stuff.
Its one of those things that has dropped hugely in price over the last few years.
Thanks for the replys. What i ment "by best quality" is, i dont want them to stretch or snap of if torqued up hard,but nothing to big in the size range,.

Just remember that it does not matter what the quality of the stainless is .... it will gall (or friction weld) itself together quite happliy unless it is lubricated correctly. I will never use stainless bolts into alloy engine casings as that is asking for trouble. A zinc plated cap head will be perfect.

My sentiments. TBH I hadnt realised until fairly recently about "Copperease equivalents" but for different materials. ie non seize in aluminium etc, which I use on alloy casings etc, havent had a problem to date. We had a brand new Gas Gas ec250, 2003, on which we had to service forks, triple clamps had to be replaced, impossible to remove stainless bolts without all the thread coming with them! It was a Gas Gas, so slightly more understandable, but an expensive way to find out about stainless / alloy fusion. Ive never had a stainless bolt etc shear due to overtightening, where relevant torqued as per manufacturer's figures. I tend to get a shopping list in order, lengths, type etc etc and just order of ebay / supplier. Eg wanted 6mm countersunk allen bolts at 12mm thread length for a bash plate I made for my new bike. I had to buy 10, but I only wanted 3. Delivered from the UK, next day, was £2-19 for all 10. I cant even get out of the lane on diesel for that! The bigger issue is not losing the remaining seven in a pile of bolts, so I do have a bit of an a**l system to be able to find when required!!!!
