I've had a new member trying to register on the forum contact me by e mail as he says he has had no confirmation and cant access it, he's asking for the number of who to contact, at first I thought if he managed to get my number from the website why cant he get anyone else's, so I visited the Website a thing I haven't done for over a year and when you select Contact us: it gives you all the Committee positions and names but NO contact details. There's a contact number for John Heal under Join us and under Ride outs there are contact details for the different areas including Dave Thompson for the Plymouth area who I believe hasn't been a member for a while and only has road bikes these days. WE MOAN ABOUT GETTING AND KEEPING NEW MEMBERS!! I think perhaps we need to be more accessible?? Who's details should I give him?????

If you don't know Russ, then what chance has a new member have?

I had a look on the DTRF landing page and there is hardly any contact detailscry

Good point to bring up.

I don't !!! New member = John Heal. I have had two people ring me this week asking how to join and go on rides and the guy mentioned above e mailed and haven't answered as yet. The two who rang I told to join the national TRF and put Devon as a group or come to the next meeting. I went on our website but can't even access my own e mail address!!!! Appalling! !!

Right at this moment the web site is under a MAJOR re vamp Russ, almost completely overhauled but in the mean time Your Right 

Doug's Admin for the Devon forum if your mate wishes to contact him, oops but he can't unless he's on here 

He or they could join national TRF and come in from the back door into Devon group 

Needs a shake up biggrin

Yeah the link to the National TRF web site is still the old web site 

Don't worry i know a top man who is currently on the job to improve things! smile

Russ, have activated a few new users this morning so he/she might try again to login. If the user did NOT fill in all of the required details then he/she will not get activated.

He still cant acess the forum even after being sent a link!!

his e mail  to me is the first picture were he includes the link he was sent but I have tried it myself and the second picture is what you get. HELP SOMEONE???
