If 99% of the population knew what they were potentially letting themselves in for, they would not buy most of this modern s**t!!!!
Its getting to the point where most is unmendable, a period of 3 to 4 years most seem to be reliable.
Outside of this very small time frame, ie second hand / cant afford new etc, the repair bills can be crippling.
Handbrake on most modern Discos, £1000 +, Audi A5 auto g/box repair £5000, VW or Vauxhall standard g/box repair £3000, the list goes on.
A mate of mine bought a brand new BMW, £60K +. I asked him to "Sell" it to me.
Apparently the drivers seat is adjustable for 18 different positions - Get a life!
Replacement cost of this seat £4000.
Never mind, tiz progress - its going to bite all of us in the ass sooner or later.
Rant over, suns out and life is good, well fairly good.
