Wanted,

please - temporary (month or three!) storage for an old car.

 

Finally have assembled spares to get my old XT back working, after a very l-o-n-g lay off, due to "nasty" engine noises...

However, I anticipate that it is unlikely to be a quick/simple repair - just know there will be other surprises waiting, on this old bike

including a siezed swinging arm bolt that I have been unable to budge up to now!

 

I have to find a new home for car taking up the garage space, rather than trying to work outside on the drive as I usually do...

 

Just wondering if anyone has a spare bit of covered storage that I could pop the car in for the duration -

 Newton Abbot / Shaldon / Teignmouth / Dawlish / whatever area

I am keen to get back on the lanes after all this time off

 

What have you, please?

Thank you for the response - apologies for the delay replying - been away for Christmas break)
This is an old car that already has more than its share of rust,
just aiming to minimise further deterioration & probably ought to exhaust any more 'local' possibilities first but
I am intrigued by your setup & may well pm you for further info...
