Inserting pictures into run write ups

As you are writing your write up, get to a place you want to stick your picture,

Let's say you want to put it here:-

you need to position the cursor where you want the bottom left of the picture then select

the "Attach Image(s)" option box below left

Choose the [Insert] option to paste the image,

once it's inserted you can clean up the message by clicking on the [Remove] option to clear the file and leave the picture in place.
