Yes, Doug, one of many unsurfaced UCRs that are not recorded consistently on all of the online records.
In relation to your reporting, I would put your marker on the nearest junction with a tarmac road, but add the grid ref of the manure into the reporting text.
Also in the text identify the lane as 'Halberton uUCR 302' which is what DCC PROW have it recorded as.
Asking DCC to update their records, and hence those on FindMyStreet and One.Network, on lanes we know are legal is on my list of jobs!

Took the Queens Shilling and disappeared for 23 Years !!
DCC have confirmed this is a Cat 12 road, and acknowledge that UCRs don't show up at present as reportable routes on their reporting system, although they have been told it will be resolved, but they have referred your report to PROW warden Richard Spurway.

Volunteers in regarding anything to do with parish path volunteers, there are none that have come forward to Richard so he can call on!
I've already offered your services to Richard 2 years ago mate, I said we have a top bloke in the tiverton area who is keen as mustard to help out with the green lanes
