On the way to work this morning to find road blocked from fly tipping at the bottom of Grm 5513 (201-097)
Certainly wouldn't try ridding it as road has been cleared but lane totally blocked.
Presume police where called so should get cleared.

Fly tipping stayed in place for a while before it was cleared.
Yesterday on the way back from work, noticed a mound of earth across the bottom.
We can still get through, might have to move lump of bricks on the right to get past easier.
Obviously this has been done to stop fly tipping, as it's always been a problem. Rock was always put there before.
At what point do we need to consider mentioning it is a byway!??
